Thin rimose-areolate green thallus, hyphophores shaped like half-cylinders all facing in the same direction, with gracefully curved edges, top 2 corners forming projecting points (like the waving appendages of tiny ghosts); FIELD ID possible with careful observation to eliminate Calopadia

Similar Species

The erect, cupped campylidia of Calopadia species can resemble the hyphophores of this species, but the former lack pointed projections at upper corners
