Description

Pale to medium green foliose thallus, some lobes with brown edges, dotted with white pseudocyphellae; white mounded soralia form on older surfaces & margins of lobes, with fine white soredia; undersides brown at edges, black toward center; CHEMISTRY: all reactions negative; FIELD ID may require a C test to medulla to rule out congeners
