Description

Pale white to light-green thallus with black disks, those with somewhat prominent black rims; MICROSCOPY: spores 12-16/ascus, brown, 2-celled, 14-22 x 6-8 µm, hymenium inspersed with oil droplets, greenish above, green pigment turning purple in KOH wet mount; CHEMISTRY: thallus K+ red (norstictic acid); FIELD ID not possible; dissection required
